By accessing our platform, utilizing our GPS navigation systems, or engaging with our drone navigation solutions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service. These terms define the relationship between ZephyrNav ("the Company") and you ("the User").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our spatial data analysis tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
2. Service Provision
ZephyrNav provides high-precision navigation and mapping services. While we strive for 99.9% accuracy in our spatial data, navigation involves inherent risks. Users must always verify data against real-world conditions, especially regarding drone navigation and autonomous systems.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary mapping algorithms, UI designs, and the Zephyr engine code remain the exclusive property of ZephyrNav. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data within the scope of their purchased plan.
4. Data Privacy
The collection and use of location-based data are governed by our Privacy Policy. We ensure all spatial data analysis is anonymized where required by UK data protection laws.
